Bringing in his own trio, Cyril Grimsich is the drummer for the California Jazz College (CJC) Blue Ensemble, the flagship ensemble of the prestigious College of Music CJC in Berkeley. After touring around the United States, they embarked on an overseas tour with appearances at prestigious Jazz Festivals in Montreux (Switzerland), Umbria (Italy), Edinburgh (Scotland), and Stella Jam (Japan).
